ViatechSystems specializes in customized digital services. Due to the resource-intensive nature of software and design work, our refund policy is governed by the following terms:
Initial Deposits
The initial deposit or commencement fee (typically 30-50%) is non-refundable as it covers research, planning, and resource allocation.
Milestone-Based Refunds
For projects divided into milestones, refunds are only eligible for milestones that have not yet been started.
Work-in-Progress
Once work on a specific milestone or sprint has commenced, the fee for that portion of the project is non-refundable.
Service Dissatisfaction
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of work, we offer a revision period (as defined in your contract) to rectify issues before a refund is considered.
Technical Feasibility
No refunds are issued if a project is halted due to a client’s inability to provide necessary assets, access, or clear requirements.
Third-Party Costs
Costs incurred for third-party tools, themes, plugins, or hosting purchased on the client’s behalf are strictly non-refundable.
Cancellation Window
Clients may cancel a project within 48 hours of the initial payment for a full refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.
Completed Projects
Once a project is signed off and files/access credentials are delivered, no refunds will be issued.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 15 to 21 business days.
Pro-rated Refunds
In exceptional cases of project termination by ViatechSystems, a pro-rated refund will be issued based on the work remaining.
