By engaging ViatechSystems for digital services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Scope
The specific deliverables, revisions, and timelines will be defined in a signed Statement of Work (SOW) or Proposal.

Payment Schedule
Standard terms require a commencement deposit, with milestone payments due as work progresses. Final delivery is contingent upon full payment.

Late Payments
Payments delayed by more than 7 days from the invoice date may result in a suspension of services or a late fee of 5% per month.

Intellectual Property
Upon final payment, the ownership of the custom-developed assets (code/designs) is transferred to the client. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

Third-Party Licenses
Clients are responsible for the ongoing costs of any third-party licenses (hosting, plugins, APIs) integrated into their project.

Client Obligations
The client must provide timely feedback and necessary assets. Failure to do so may result in project delays or termination.

Limitation of Liability
ViatechSystems is not liable for business losses, downtime, or data breaches caused by third-party services or client-side mismanagement.

Warranty Period
We provide a 30-day bug-fix warranty on all custom-coded solutions starting from the date of final delivery.

Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days’ written notice. The client will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be settled in the courts of Lahore.

Indemnification
The client agrees to indemnify ViatechSystems against any legal claims arising from content provided by the client for the project.
