As a provider of digital services, ViatechSystems ensures the secure and timely shipping of digital assets through the following protocols:

Digital Hand-off
Final deliverables (code, designs, reports) are delivered via secure cloud links, email, or direct deployment to the client’s servers.

Project Timelines
Estimated delivery dates are provided at the start of each project. These are subject to the timely receipt of feedback and assets from the client.

Deployment Services
For web and software projects, shipping includes the initial deployment to the client’s hosting environment as specified in the service agreement.

Access Credentials
Sensitive credentials for servers or databases are delivered via encrypted communication channels to ensure security.

Staging Environment
Clients are provided with a staging link to review work-in-progress before the final «live» delivery.

Geographical Reach
Our digital services are «shipped» globally. There are no geographical restrictions on our service delivery.

Post-Delivery Support
Each digital delivery includes a 7-day monitoring period to ensure the deployment is stable and functional.

Client Delays
If a delivery is delayed due to a lack of client feedback, the project timeline will be adjusted accordingly; this does not constitute a breach of delivery terms.

Confirmation of Receipt
Delivery is considered successful once the client acknowledges receipt or the deployed system goes «Live.»

Backups
We maintain a backup of the delivered digital assets for 30 days post-delivery, after which the client is responsible for their own data management.
